In 2023, in the light of 50th commemorative year of ASEAN-Japan Friendship and Cooperation, Japan Sports Agency and Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Thailand will co-host the ASEAN-JAPAN Sports Showcase 2023 on 31st August and 1st September 2023, for the first time since 2017, as a side event of the Fourth ASEAN Plus Japan Ministerial Meeting on Sports (4th AMMS + Japan).
This showcase will provide an excellent opportunity for both Japan and ASEAN Member States to exchange products, technology, services and various ideas on sports. The overarching theme of the ASEAN-JAPAN Sports Showcase 2023 is “Achieving SDGs through the power of sports industry”. The Japan booth will feature panels and electronic displays showcasing the excellent sports-related products and services of JSPIN member companies and organizations, along with the introduction of JSPIN’s initiatives.
